Something to Talk About

We have a podcast people!

The Perpetual Summer is now available in audio form thanks to a friend who never lets herself (or those she loves) fail at anything.

You totally rock!

This first season will be the audio version of the first eight pieces I released when I launched the blog. This “soundtrack”, just like its written predecessor, is an introduction of myself to the world. I’m working with a few pretty cool sound engineers to make this thing come to life and I’m nervous as fuck so bear with me.

A new track will be released monthly for your listening pleasure. I know it’s a gap but hey, I’m learning to let go and let God.

The shift, ironically, has also sparked a new vigor for writing so I hope to bring more content to the blog site, which will in turn manifest on the podcast. And it’s been a while. Months really but, I had to make some changes to the actual site – which you can clearly see – and to myself. Don’t worry, I’ll be sure to offload it here.

I’m really excited about the podcast. It manifested from a chance reading of one of my pieces to a few friends. I don’t think I have the best voice in the world, but they said they found my voice soothing, and it would be great to listen to my blog instead of reading it. They also said it helped them with processing some of their own shit. I’m flattered, happy and humbled by the fact that there are people out in the world who I can help with my words and my voice.

Check out the links below to listen in. Yes, there are A LOT. Lol. My girl pulled no punches with giving me as many chances to be picked up as possible. The podcast will also be housed here beginning next month. That page is still being worked on.

Feel free to like and share any of the links with anyone you know, especially if you think they will be interested in my content.

Truth be told, I‘m not sure what this podcast will morph into over the coming seasons. We’re still in exploration mode. I do know that it won’t stop. Click the link below to find everywhere the podcast is located. I hope you enjoy and as always, stay golden people!
